• Email Address: Used solely for authentication. Only pre-approved emails may access the app.
• Login Records: Timestamps of when you log in, stored securely in our database.
• Legal Acceptance Records: When you accept these terms and the privacy policy, the date and version are recorded.
• Device Metadata: Non-identifiable information (e.g., device type, OS version) used to improve app performance.

2. How We Use This Data

• Authenticate and authorise access to the app.
• Maintain records of legal document acceptance for compliance.
• Improve app performance and educational outcomes.

3. Third-Party Services

Algobrix uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For user authentication and secure database storage. Firebase complies with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

No data is shared with third-party advertisers or analytics providers beyond what is listed above.

4. Security

• Login is secured through Firebase Authentication with email and password.
• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Only HQ administrators can access the database.

5. Bluetooth & Location

• Algobrix uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect to Young Engineers hardware modules.
• Location permission (required by Android for BLE scanning) is used only for device discovery. No location data is stored or transmitted.

6. Data Storage

• User data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Data is retained for as long as the user account is active or as required by law.

7. Children's Data

• Algobrix may be used in educational settings involving children.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children directly — access is managed through pre-approved instructor or franchisee accounts.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Requests will be processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection law.

All content, models, and instructions within Algobrix are the intellectual property of Young Engineers Holdings Ltd.
